Easy Vegan Breakfasts #1: Soy Yogurt Parfait

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Vanilla Soy Yogurt
1 cup whole grain cereal of your choice, here, I used Whole Foods' 365 Berry Flax Protein &
Fiber Crunch
1/2-1 cup fruit of your choice, here, champagne mango

Layer yogurt, cereal, fruit et voila!
